Upon receipt of your package, please inspect it carefully and ensure that the security seal is intact and that the number and condition of the packages are correct. If any damage is observed, please note all discrepancies on the carrier’s delivery slip. In accordance with Article 105 of the Civil Code, in case of dispute, damage, or any other claim, you must confirm your reservations to the carrier by registered letter within 3 business days.
1 – Shipping in France
- Home delivery
EuroTeams offers home delivery with email notification of your package’s arrival. Delivery times may vary between 48 and 72 hours.
We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier. Delivery will be made after receipt of payment authorization. In the event that we are unable to ship your merchandise via DPD for any reason, we will choose another carrier without prior notice.
All shipped orders are trackable. A unique tracking number will be provided with your order shipment confirmation.
2 – Shipping outside of France

EuroTeams has selected Colissimo for its international parcel deliveries. We therefore offer home delivery throughout Europe:
Andorra*, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia*, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein*, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway*, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom*.
For destinations outside Europe (French Overseas Departments and Territories, rest of the world), please contact us for a personalized shipping quote.
Please note that shipments to these countries are subject to customs procedures. The shipping price displayed at checkout is for reference only and may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon delivery. Custom taxes included. Ces frais sont d’un montant fixe de 65€.
